The Promotion
Free butter chicken slider or chaimisu at Bindas Eatery for Westfield Club Members (the “Offer”).
The Promoter is Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”), with its registered office at 1 Ariel Way, London, W12 7SL
By accepting the Offer, customers expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Offer
The Offer is available to Westfield Club members from the 14th May 2024, while stocks last.
To redeem the Offer, customers must show the last 5 digits of their Westfield Club membership via the Westfield App to the Bindas Eatery team.
The Offer is valid for one time use only, redeemable for dining in at Bindas Eatery, Westfield London. Offer cannot be redeemed on takeaway or delivery orders.
There are no cash alternatives. The Offer must be accepted as offered, are non-transferable and subject to availability.
The Promotion is not open to employees of Westfield or Bindas Eatery and its associated companies or group companies or their immediate families, households, or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.
Further Terms
Westfield reserves the right to modify the terms of this Promotion at its discretion and to extend, modify, amend, postpone or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
Bindas Eatery and Westfield may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to provide the Offer to a customer who, in either Westfield or Bindas Eatery’s view has acted fraudulently or not complied with these Terms and Conditions.
Bindas Eatery and/or Westfield’s decision in relation to the Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, gift, discount or promotion and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Westfield accepts no responsibility or liability for delivery or enjoyment of the Offer or any other costs or expenses that may be incurred by the accepting the Offer or relating to the enjoyment of the Offer.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter, its agents and commercial partners exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for (a) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any items (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded); (b) the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of the Promotion; (c) any loss, damage, non-availability or late receipt of the Offer; and (d) any fees, charges, taxes or other costs which the customers may be required to pay in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage suffered by the customer or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions for issues of any nature encountered by customers associated with this Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
How we use personal data
By participating in this Promotion, customers are sending their personal information to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Further information on how personal data is used, and data protection rights are explained in Westfield’s Privacy Notice, available at https://uk.westfield.com/privacy. Where customers have consented to receiving marketing materials from participating retailers to this Promotion, customers understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the participating retailer’s privacy notice (not Westfield’s) and that it is the sponsor who is responsible for ensuring that the customers’ personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should customers have any queries or complaints in relation to a sponsor’s treatment of their personal data, the customer should refer that complaint directly to the participating retailer.
