By checking the box to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Westfield LLC (“Westfield”) and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an autodialer, at the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
Westfield’s text message programs are governed by the following terms and conditions: You agree Westfield and its affiliates may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) about any current or future products, offerings, events, promotions to any mobile phone number you provide. Message and Data rates may apply and you agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. Westfield does not impose a separate fee for sending Westfield text messages. Communications via text messages will be to your mobile device, and may include information about any product or service that you are currently receiving. You acknowledge that you are thirteen years of age or older and you have the consent of the wireless account holder. If you signed up by texting a signup keyword, you will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system.
The number of Westfield text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of Westfield’s text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. Based on the Westfield text messaging program into which you opt-in, you will receive the following maximum number of messages: (a) four (4) messages per month per Westfield shopping center text messaging program you have selected; and (b) five (5) messages per reservation made through Line Pass. Each Westfield shopping center generally has separate text messaging programs.
How to Opt-In
Sign up to receive texts from your favorite Westfield shopping center. You may subscribe through a web form, when you sign up for an Westfield Rewards account, or any other method established by Westfield from time to time.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving promotional text messages from Westfield, simply text STOP to 51686 or any of the other below five (5) opt-out trigger words. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. Message & data rates may apply.
Note: none of these opt-out trigger words are case sensitive.

Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You agree to notify Westfield of any changes to your mobile number and update your subscription to reflect this change. You agree to indemnify Westfield in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Westfield if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Westfield reserves the right to change these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued consent to receive text messages from Westfield constitutes your agreement to all such changes. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Termination of Text Messaging
Westfield may suspend or terminate your receipt of Westfield text message if Westfield believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Westfield text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Westfield reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Westfield text messages, with or without notice.
