Sales consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our team at The Fragrance Shop. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for customer service and a strong interest in sales. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and promoting our wide range of fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience

* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

* Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for fragrances

* Drive sales by confidently promoting products, offers, and upselling where appropriate

* Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising

* Process transactions accurately using the till system

* Work towards and achieve individual and store sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

* A confident and outgoing personality

* A genuine interest in selling and achieving targets

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to approach and engage customers proactively

* Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential

* A passion for fragrances or beauty products is a bonus
