Acts as a leading force on the shop floor. Demonstrates product knowledge and manage the operation of the store. Run the store during the non peak hours. Provide a positive client experience as directed in the Tumi selling ceremony. Motivate sales team to demonstrate the difference. Develop new client relationships and interact with existing clients to increase sales. Attain daly, weekly, monthly sales and SPH goals. Build strong partnerships with colleagues and store management. Encourage a training and development culture with the store team. Ensure all store task and training completed by team. Communication reports and information concerning personnel, merchandise and operations on a regular basis to Store Manager. Open and close store in absence of management team. Maintain appropriate records of sales for all products sold. Ensure cash register and money intake balance daily. All paperwork is checked and signed accordingly. Maintain inventory on the sales floor by replacing sold merchandise from the stock room. Be able to lift up to 15kg in weight. Ensure smooth handling process when receiving and accepting store deliveries.
