Full Time Sales Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full Time Sales Assistant (40hrs) to join our team at our Westfield White City store. This role is perfect for someone who loves premium retail, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable in-store experiences

* Confidently introduce customers to the Lakrids By Bülow brand and products through storytelling and sampling

* Drive sales by building genuine customer relationships and supporting store targets

* Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards

* Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed attractively at all times

* Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store operations

* Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive and motivating environment

* Stay knowledgeable about products, seasonal launches, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

* A confident communicator with a positive and approachable personality

* Passion for premium food, retail, and customer experience

* Sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving targets

* Reliable, proactive, and flexible with working hours, including weekends

* Strong teamwork and attention to detail
