Be You

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is committed to self-determination, diversity and inclusion as well as against any discrimination and hostility towards LGBQTIA+. Since 2020, this attitude has also manifested itself in the company's own "Be You at URW" network.

The Be You team is committed to overcoming all forms of prejudice in everyday life, embracing diversity and creating a special sense of belonging for everyone within the Group under the message: "Self-determination now! Allied against trans* hostility", the annual Christopher Street Day, the highlight of Hamburg Pride Week, took place on Saturday, 5 August 2023.

The Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier team and partners also took part in this year's parade in Hamburg with their own truck. Under the motto "Welcome as you are", it was emphasised that the new quarter in HafenCity will be a place where everyone is welcome when it opens in spring 2024!
