Our goal is to be the preferred partner in the ecological transition. We achieve this by improving our carbon footprint and the environmental efficiency of our facilities and activities. By building and operating our neighbourhood in a resource-efficient way, we want to contribute to making the world a better place.

With Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, we want to create a forward-looking location that sets new sustainability standards. We are therefore implementing a wide range of measures to conserve resources, and not just during ongoing operations. Sustainability was already an important concern for us during the planning and construction phase of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier.
