Yes, you can! With the loyalty program, you’re earning points with every purchase you make in our stores, even if you’re already buying on a discount through a loyalty program or sales offer.
If you already are a member of the loyalty program of your shopping centre, simply login to your account to activate right away your loyalty program benefits.
If you’re not a member yet, create your account in just a few clicks and enjoy the benefits of the program.
Go to the loyalty program webpage and click on “I link my card”. Enter all digits on your loyalty card, and the date of birth or email address used at the time of subscription. Then activate your loyalty program benefits in just a few clicks, directly from your account.
With the loyalty program, your bank card becomes your loyalty card! Your bank account details help us safely identify each transaction you’ve made in your centre. It will also help us easily transfer the money you have earned directly to your bank account.
The only financial operation we are allowed to perform on your account is the transfer of your loyalty reward. For example, we will transfer 10€ directly to your bank account as soon as you reach 100 points.
No. We cannot perform any financial operation on your bank account except that of sending you the money you’ve earned through your loyalty to your bank account.
Your bank account details are those you use to login to your bank account, on the website or on your bank’s mobile app. You can find your client ID on your bank account statement or your bank contract. If you still cannot find it, please reach out directly to your bank counsellor.
Your restaurant card credentials are usually those you use to check your balance and payments on the website or application of your restaurant card.
They generally correspond to an email address and a password. If you forget your password, you can reset it easily from the website or application of your restaurant card.
We truly care about the safety of your data.
Your shopping data (meaning all the purchases you make in our centre) are stored by our partner on servers hosted in the European Union, in a database encrypted with a bank-level security algorithm (AES-256).
Your personal information is stored on secure servers hosted in the European Union. Those servers are regularly subject to security audits.
We recommend that you link the bank account you use most regularly to pay for purchases in your shopping centre. You can only link one account to the loyalty program.
All purchases made with all the bank cards attached to your bank account (or joint account) will allow you to automatically collect points.
Yes, you can. All the purchases made with the bank cards linked to that joint account will allow you to collect points.
A joint account can only be linked to one single loyalty program account. If both partners have registered separately using their joint bank account, all the points earned for that account will be credited to the balance of the first person to have subscribed.
HSBC is currently offering two authentication methods:
- Authentication with Secure Key to access all bank functionalities.
- Authentication without Secure Key for a quicker access but without sensitive functionalities such as transfer orders.
When you’re asked to authenticate during registration, you will need to use the second method. You don’t need your electronic device to do so: you only need to fill in your client ID, your password and the answer to your secret question on our secure subscription page.
Please make sure to enter your birth date with the following format including the dashes: DD-MM-YYYY.
Your receipt must be scanned on the day of the purchase and in integrality to receive the points rewards.
Please note that only the purchases of 10€ minimum will be rewarded. If you purchased twice in the same store on the same day, you'll only be rewarded once.
How to collect and use your points
Nothing simpler! After linking your bank account, you will be collecting 10 points for each purchase above 10€ you make in your shopping centre.
You can collect points for purchases in all the stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cinema of your shopping centre.
Purchases made in pop-up stores, gambling premises (casino), financial institutions (banks) and on webstores (including Click & Collect) will not be rewarded.Vending machines (ATM, beverages…), Click & Collect services and special equipment (swimming pool, health centre…) are excluded from the scope of the program.
Log in to your account to check your history of transactions and how many points you have collected.
All purchases made on the day of registration will automatically be taken into account if you finalize your registration before midnight on the same day. However, all purchases made prior to your registration will not be accounted for.
Your point are generally credited under 7 days. If you made a purchase on January 10th, your points will appear in your timeline as of January 18th. If this delay is over and your points still not appear in your timeline, you can fill a claim on the platform which is displayed below your timeline. Our teams will get back to you as soon as possible with an appropriate answer.
As a reminder, only your purchases of 10€ and more are rewarded. On top of that, please note that if you make 2 different purchases in the same shop on the same day, only one of your purchases will be rewarded.
Your points will never expire, provided you do at least one purchase in your shopping centre every 12 months.
Your loyalty program points cannot be transferred to a third person.
You’re earning 10€ every time you reach 100 loyalty points. They will be automatically transferred to your bank account (as long as you have filled your bank account details in your profile), right after you do one extra purchase of 10€ or more in your shopping centre within 3 months starting from the day after you have reached 100 points.
Yes, you are. You will be doubly rewarded for that purchase!
Your 10€ will be transferred to the bank account you used during registration.
As soon as you reach 100 points, you have 3 months to make that one extra purchase of 10€ or more in your shopping centre.
Once you have reached 100 points, you have earned 10€ cashback. Make one more purchase of 10€ or more, in your Shopping Center and within 3 months starting from the day after you have reached the 100 points, to unblock your cashback and receive the 10€ transfer directly on your bank account. Please check you have filled your bank account number in your profile. If all these criteria are checked and the problem remains, please reach out to your shopping centre, they will help you out.
How to manage your account
Please go to your account to cancel your registration.
Yes, deactivating the collection of points will result in the loss of all your existing points and your 10€. However, you can still enjoy all the services, offers and events available in your centre.
This is unfortunately not possible yet.
Log in to your account and update your bank account details to continue earning points.
For safety reasons, your bank asks you to update frequently your password. As soon as you change it, you also have to update your password in your Unexpected Pass account to keep collecting points on your purchases and get rewards.
We are not allowed to credit money on your restaurant card account that’s why we need an IBAN number to be able to credit your rewards on the bank account of your choice.
