The SCS is Austria's first 4-star shopping center. What you previously only knew from the hotel industry is now also coming true for shopping lovers: The SCS is the first shopping center in Austria to receive a 4-star seal of approval! The seal of approval, inspired by the hotel industry, comprises an extensive catalog of measures with 684 criteria from the areas of design & architecture, comfort & cleanliness, entertainment & quality of stay, and accessibility & parking. The independent verification by means of documentation and on-site acceptance was carried out by a renowned international certification institute and is verified annually by unannounced inspections. The catalog was launched by the company's own group, Unibail-Rodamco, to recognize the top locations. The entire SCS team contributed to obtain this great award and continues to work every day to maintain it. |
