House rules

The following house rules apply to the entire premises of Westfield Shopping City Süd, including buildings, outdoor areas, and traffic zones (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"):

Entry to the Center and use of its facilities are at your own risk and are only permitted with appropriate clothing.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire Center, except in designated smoking areas located outdoors.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages outside gastronomic areas is not permitted. The consumption of and/or trade in drugs will be reported without exception.
For safety reasons, sitting on stairs in indoor and outdoor areas as well as sleeping in designated rest areas is prohibited.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times and must be supervised at all times. Any contamination caused by dogs must be removed immediately by the dog owner. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted in shopping carts.
The use of inline skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, motorbikes, and similar means of transportation inside the Center is not permitted. Bicycles must be parked in the designated bicycle parking areas outdoors. Playing with balls or other objects is prohibited.
The use of drones or other aircraft is not permitted.
Deliveries of goods, parcels, and similar shipments using hand trucks, parcel trolleys, and similar transport equipment are not permitted during business hours.
For security reasons, the entire indoor area and the parking garage are under video surveillance. Information regarding the processing of personal data can be obtained at the reception desk and at https://www.westfield.com/de/austria/scs/dsgvo. The outdoor parking areas are not monitored. No liability is accepted for parked vehicles or their contents.
All facilities and equipment of the Center must be treated with care. Intentional contamination or damage will be prosecuted. Please use the designated waste bins and the ashtrays provided in outdoor areas.
Instructions issued by Center Management, its representatives, and emergency personnel must be followed at all times.
Emergency exit doors may only be used in emergencies. Loitering in escape routes and emergency access routes is not permitted.
Carrying weapons, other dangerous objects, as well as handling or openly carrying imitation weapons is prohibited.
The posting of posters, distribution of advertising materials, conducting customer surveys, playing music or other promotional activities or performances, any kind of event, demonstration, or similar activity, as well as filming and photography, are only permitted with prior written approval from Center Management. We reserve the right to charge any resulting cleaning costs.
Begging, peddling, selling, or offering goods or services of any kind without authorization is not permitted.
Collecting or removing deposit bottles, deposit cans, or other items from waste bins, tables, or other surfaces within the Center is not permitted.
For your own safety, the use of escalators with shopping carts, wheelchairs, and strollers is prohibited. Children may only use elevators and escalators when accompanied by an adult.
Shopping carts must be returned exclusively to the designated return areas or to the respective store.
No liability is accepted for the use of any service facilities such as shoe-shining machines, lockers, wheelchairs, strollers, charging cables, power banks, etc.
Access to Westfield Shopping City Süd outside opening hours is only permitted with prior authorization and when accompanied by Center personnel or their representatives.
Any additional regulations imposed by individual operators within stores and gastronomic areas must also be observed.

In the event of violations of these house rules or applicable legal regulations, endangerment of the safety of other persons, or inappropriate behavior, the security service and/or Center Management are authorized to issue a ban from the premises and, where necessary, take further legal action.
