Where do I park when inside the Reserved Parking area?
Once you have entered the parking lot, your designated space number will be displayed above the parking space reserved just for you. Your space number is listed on your confirmation email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How do I know that my reservation has been placed?
As soon as your payment has been accepted you will receive an online email confirmation; You should bring a printed copy of your QR code with you to the Center (smartphones can only be scanned). You can also view your reservation by simply clicking on “Manage my Reservation” on the Westfield Century City Parking website and entering your email used to make the reservation and the reservation reference number. All reservations are made subject to our Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel all reservations up to 30 minutes prior to your reservation’s departure time at no charge. The simplest way is to click on the “Manage my Reservation” button at the top of the parking homepage. In all communication, please quote the reservation reference number.
What happens if I need to amend my reservation?
You may amend your reservation up to 30 minutes prior to your booked entry time at no additional charge. The simplest way is to click on the “Manage my Booking” button at the top of the parking homepage. In all communications, please quote the reservation reference number.
What happens if I forget or lose my reservation confirmation?
If you do not have your reservation confirmation, you are still able to enter and exit the parking lot by pushing the help button at entry, and giving the attendant your name. You can also scan your QR code with your cellphone at the entry and exit columns. We recommend having a printed copy with you when you enter and exit.
Alternatively, you can have a new reservation confirmation resent by clicking on the “Manage my Reservation” button.
What is “Manage my Reservation”?
This service enables you to amend or cancel your reservation online. You can amend all your details including your registered vehicle, license plate details and entry and exit dates up to 4 hours prior to your booked entrance time.
What is “Booking History”?
This allows you to view the recent reservations you have made. From the Manage My Reservation menu of options, you will simply need to enter your email address and zip code from the last reservation made.
What if I have forgotten or lost my QR code when I arrive at the Center?
As long as you have a confirmed reservation, you will be able to enter the Reserved Parking area by pushing the help button at entry. We will check your reservation by your name.
How do I exit the reserved parking area?
Simply follow the signs, and scan your QR code when leaving just as you did at entry. The exit column will then open to let you out.
What happens if I enter the parking lot prior to my confirmed reservation time?
If you enter the parking lot and you are not within 30 minutes of your confirmed reservation time, an amendment to your reservation is required. Simply click on “Manage my Reservation” function or contact the Parking office (310) 553-6123. You will be charged the cost of additional time based on the rates displayed at entry.
What happens if I exit the parking lot later than my confirmed reservation time?
If you exit the parking lot after your confirmed reservation time you will be charged the cost of additional time based on the rate displayed at entry.
What happens if I exit the parking lot earlier than what I pre-booked?
No refund will be made if your stay is shorter than the Reservation period.
How do I book disabled parking?
Our reserved parking area has designated disabled parking stalls. We do not differentiate disabled parking for reservation purposes.
Can I make a reservation for a motorcycle, oversized vehicle or a trailer?
Reservations cannot be made for oversized vehicles or trailers. The maximum clearance is 6’6”.
Is there any height restrictions?
There is a height restriction of 6’6” (2 meters) in the Reserved Parking area.
What if I want to reserve more than one car on the same date?
You can reserve for more than one vehicle for the same dates; however, you will need to make separate reservations.
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book?
If there are no parking options listed for the dates entered, the reserved parking area is fully booked for all or part of your stay.
Are Validations accepted?
Parking validations offered from retailers cannot be used for Reserved Parking.
How do I know my payment details are secure?
This site is PCI-DSS compliant and uses encryption software which is the industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information including your credit card number. The complete reservation site is secure and this will be evidenced to you by a padlock appearing in your web browser (location will depend on browser and version being used) and the green browser address bar.
