The idea of Buckhorn Grill was born out of the success of the product at the Chef’s Market in Napa, California. Buckhorn Grill is famous for their tri-tip which is marinated, hand-rubbed with a secret seasoning, char-roasted, and smoked to a medium-rare finish.
