Founded by Chef Steve Brown, Swagyu Burger aims to make Wagyu accessible for everyone. Their Swagyu original burger is a luxurious blend of 2/3 F1 Wagyu Beef and 1/3 A5 Japanese Wagyu, straight from thier premier butcher shop. Topped with creamy New School American Cheese, house-made pickles, and a secret sauce, all on a buttered potato brioche bun from Sadie Rose Baking. They are one of the very few certified in the U.S. to buy and sell True Japanese Hyogo Kobe Beef.
