UNIBAIL MANAGEMENT, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 496.968.925, whose registered office is located at 7 place du chancelier Adenauer - CS 31622 - 75772 Paris cedex 16, registered in the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under number 682 024 096 (hereinafter the "Organizer"), is organizing a free, no-obligation Prize draw entitled Win a personal message from Lady Gaga Prize draw (hereinafter the "Prize draw"), which will take place from 31st August 2021 to 5th September 2021.

Entry Conditions


a) Entry to this Prize draw will be between 31st August 2021 and 5th September 2021 when registering to participate in the Lady Gaga celebrates Love for Sale brought to you by Westfield exclusive online performance (the “Event”) with the link to a registration website emailed to the participants.


b) To enter into this Prize draw entrants must be a Westfield Club loyalty member or a Westfield account holder.


c) Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.


d) All registrations received by 5pm GMT on 5th September 2021 will be included within the Prize draw. The Organizer cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.


e) All entrants must be aged sixteen or over for the E.U. residents and thirteen or over for the U.S. residents and be resident of one of the following countries: UK, United States, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Austria. Employees of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the Prize draw may not enter.


f) The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at its absolute discretion. Entries are subject to verification. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, amend or temporarily suspend this Prize draw and amend these terms and conditions at any time, in its absolute discretion, without prior notice, if the Organizer considers it necessary to do so.


g) Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a Prize draw entry void. The laws of your country governs these Terms and any claims and disputes (whether contractual or otherwise) arising out of or relating to these Terms or their subject matter will be litigated before the competent French jurisdiction, unless this is prohibited by the laws of your country. Entry and submission to the Prize draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.


h) The Prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by  the provider of the platform (Maestro) and/or Lady Gaga, her team and any representatives or company representing her (hereinafter the “Artist”). Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Organizer and not to Maestro or the Artist. By entering this Prize draw each entrant releases Maestro and/or the Artist from any action or claim arising out of the Prize draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize draw must be directed to the Organizer, not Maestro or the Artist.

The Organizer, its agents and commercial partners exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for (a) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Prize draw or with the acceptance or possession of any prizes (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded); (b) the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of any prizes; (c) any loss, damage, non-availability or late receipt of any prizes or any communication associated with this Prize draw and (d) any fees, charges, taxes or other costs which the winner may be required to pay in connection with any prize. The Organizer further disclaims liability for any injury or damage suffered by the entrant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this Prize draw. The Organizer will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. The Organizer is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions for issues of any nature encountered by entrants associated with their entry into this Prize draw.




a) Subject to paragraph Notification below, the winners of the Prize Draw will be the first  entrant randomly selected from all eligible entries in each country (8 countries – 8 winners) in accordance with these terms and conditions The winner will win a personalised pre-recorded video message from Lady Gaga. Odds of winning depend on the timing of eligible entries in each Country. No expenses incurred in connection with the Prize draw will be paid to the winner other than as set out in these terms and conditions. The message will be 15 seconds long and we will require the winners to provide a few personal facts to enable a personalised message that could include but not limited to their name, where they are from, and their favourite Lady Gaga song. Approximate retail value of the prize is USD $1


b) The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except to notify the winners.


c) There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non transferable and subject to availability. the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.


d) The winners must keep all information about the prize confidential and cannot publicise their win in any manner, including on social media until the 30th September 2021. Any failure to do so will result in their prize being invalid/cancelled.


e) The prize will be sent to the winners via email on 30th September 2021.


f) The winners are allowed to share their personal message on their own personal social media platforms on the 30th September 2021 and any time after this date.




a) The winners will be notified by email from a email address on or around 6th September to the 10th September 2021. This email will indicate the details of the delivery of the personalised message.


b) Winners will be asked to provide some more information about themselves to help provide content for the personalised message. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of the Organizer’s email or any other period specified in the email, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative entrant to receive the prize.



The winners agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the Prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by the Organizer and/or any URW affiliates in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection, except where prohibited by law.

By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to the Organizer who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Where entrants have consented to receiving marketing materials from sponsors of Prize draws, entrants understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy notice (not the Organizer’s) and that it is the sponsor who is responsible for ensuring that the entrant’s personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should entrants have any queries or complaints in relation to a sponsor’s treatment of their personal data, the entrant should refer that complaint directly to the sponsor.
