Westfield Club is a loyalty programme, where you collect points on purchases made at Westfield London or Westfield Stratford City – depending on which centre’s programme you have subscribed to.
You’ll earn 10 points for every qualifying purchase of £20 or more, and you will receive £10 cashback for every 200 points you collect. For more information see the Collecting Points and Cashback FAQs below.
You must be 16 to join Westfield Club, and have a UK bank account in your own name.
There are two options for being able to collect your points to manage your Westfield Club account:
Option 1: Automatic bank account linking – The easiest way to collect points is by linking your bank account to your Westfield Club account. Purchases at Westfield retailers will be tracked automatically, and any points you earn will be added to your account almost immediately.
Option 2: Manually scan your receipts – You can opt to manually scan and upload your receipts for your qualifying purchases of £20 or more. To activate this method, you will need to scan the receipt from a qualifying purchase made on that same day, as well as adding a bank card for receiving your cashback.

You must spend £20 or more at a qualifying retailer to collect 10 points. If you have made two purchases at the same store on the same day, you will only be rewarded for one of the transactions. Please see examples below:
Example 1
Spend at a qualifying retailer of £20
Points earned on the purchase: 10 points
Example 2
Spend at a qualifying retailer of £400
Points earned on the purchase: 10 points
Example 3
Spend at a qualifying retailer of £10.00
Additional transaction at the same retailer on the same day of £10.00
Points earned on the purchases: 0 points
Points are generally credited within 7 days. If you made a purchase of £20 or more in an eligible retail outlet in centre on the 10th of the month, your points will therefore be displayed from the 18th of the month.
If after this period, your points still do not appear in your Westfield Club account, you can complete a claim online detailing the purchase information and/or a copy of the receipt. Our customer service team will then review and provide an update to you with an outcome.
As a reminder, only purchases of £20 or more are eligible to collect points, and if you have made two purchases at the same store on the same day, you will only be rewarded for one of the transactions.
To find the online form, log-in to your account and click the "My Purchase History" button. From this screen, click the "Fill In The Form" button to the right of your points total graphic, then follow the prompts.
