Shopmobility
Don't let limited mobility stop you from enjoying Westfield London. Over 5% of parking bays are dedicated to disabled parking and Blue Badge holders get four hours' free parking, Monday to Sunday inclusive*. Offer applies to Westfield London, Shepherd's Bush only. We even offer free wheelchair or motorised scooter hire.
Our Shopmobility desk is located on Level -2, Lift Lobby 2.
FREE WHEELCHAIR & SCOOTER HIRE
Manual Wheelchairs and Motorised Scooters are available to hire on the day or can be booked ahead of your visit no more than 24 hours of prior. A £10 deposit is required in order to hire out our equipment and we need to take basic details for the booking system. All Mobility equipment must be returned to our desk 30 mins before we close at 9pm. Please call our Shopmobility desk on 020 3371 2678. For full T&Cs please click here.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS - NATIONAL RADAR KEY SCHEME
Our accessible bathrooms require a RADAR key. Customers will need to bring their own RADAR key to access the disabled bathrooms within Westfield London. Should a RADAR key be required Westfield recommend they contact their local authority who will be able to advise on the nearest supplier.
Should a customer arrive without a key please ask a member of staff at the Guest Service desk or call on 0203 371 2403 and a staff member will come unlock the stall for you.
A hoist and changing table are located in the accessible toilet near the Shopmobility desk on level -2, lift lobby 2.
CHANGING PLACES
A changing place for disabled customers can be located next to the Shopmobility area.
HEARING LOOPS
Hearing Induction Loops devices are located at all of our Guest Services Desks for the benefit of customers with hearing aids fitted with a ‘T’ switch.
SIGNLIVE
SignLive is an application which enables us to connect with a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter so that we can effectively communicate with guests who are deaf or hearing impaired. This service is called Video Remote Interpreting (VRI).Please visit our Guest services desks located on the ground floor near Starbucks or our Shopmobility desk on lobby 2 (-2 level) and our team will be happy to assist.
SUNFLOWER LANYARDS
In support of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Campaign, you can pick up a free sunflower lanyard to keep from the Shopmobility Desk. The lanyards are specifically designed as a discreet sign for our employees to recognise you may need additional support and assistance whilst at our centre.
QUIET HOUR
For those with autism & dementia or those who like to shop in a quieter setting, you might like to visit Westfield London at the below times when all mall music will be turned off.

ARRIVING BY CAR
If you're arriving at Westfield London by car, follow the signs for Shopmobility and Middle Car Park from the Car Park entrance adjacent to the Ariel Way roundabout.
There is a vehicle height restriction of 2150mm in the Shopmobility Car Park area. If your vehicle is over this height, please call and one of our trained staff will advise you on alternative parking.
BLUE BADGE & DISABLED PARKING
We offer Blue Badge holders four hours' free parking Monday to Sunday inclusive at our centre in Shepherd's Bush. Whilst the centre is closed, please use the intercom at the exit barriers of the Car Parks to validate your parking.
To qualify for this promotional offer, simply present your Blue Badge and vehicle registration number to our staff on the Central Desk located within the Atrium or at the Shopmobility desk located within Lift Lobby 2 (Middle Car Park). Your parking will then be validated. Please note that Blue Badge holders must be present at time of validation and any additional parking charges will have to be paid at the nearest parking payment machine.

Westfield London understands that guests with additional sensory needs may find visiting our centre a daunting experience.
To help support guest’s visits, we offer sensory packs that have been selected with key sensory items to offer children and adults a broad range of sensory opportunities and therapeutic benefits. The pack has been designed to support people living with a wide range of disabilities who are likely to benefit from sensory resources to make their shopping experience more enjoyable.
Our sensory packs contain items such as ear defenders and sunglasses to help with noise and light sensitivity, fiddle toys to keep hands busy and relieve stress and feeling fans to express how you are feeling.
