At Westfield London, you'll find a range of services and facilities to ensure family shopping is fun and easy.

KIDDY CARS

Kiddy Cars can be hired from all three of our Guest Services desks; Central desk in the Atrium on Ground level, Shopbmobility Desk Lift Lobby 2 Level -2 and our Valet Desk, lift lobby 1, level -2.

COSTS & SIZES

• Small kiddy car: £8
• Double kiddy car: £8

Kiddy Cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Children must be over 12 months old, and no taller than 120 cm for our single and double cars. For safety reasons, an adult must always accompany the child . See full T&Cs here. 

A £10 Deposit will be required for any kiddy cars hired out after 4pm Monday-Saturday and after 3pm on Sundays. This is to ensure all Kiddy cars are returned before closing time. Thank you.

PARENTS ROOMS

In the three Parents Rooms at Westfield London, you'll find baby-changing tables, child-sized toilets, microwaves and sinks, plus private areas for feeding. In addition, the rooms have a play area and television for older children. The Parent Rooms can be found on Level 0 Lobby 4 and Lobby 9 or on Level 0 near John Lewis and Lobby 8 near the balcony restaurants. 

CHANGING PLACES

A changing place for disabled customers can be located next to the shopmobility area on Level -2. 

PLAYWORLD

Let your little ones have fun and blow off steam in a specially-designed play area for children aged five and under! Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

You'll find the Playworld between Debenhams and Next on the Ground Floor.
