Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow.
Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! ABOUT Stroller Strides®:
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Please wear sneakers, comfortable clothes, bring a towel or mat for floor exercises, plenty of water, a stroller not prone to tipping and anything baby may need. Baby wearers and baby bumps welcome.
