Molly's Cupcakes

Founder John Nicolaides' elementary school teacher Miss Molly was the inspiration behind Molly's Cupcakes, and as he recounts, she would bake incredible birthday cupcakes for all of her students. So, Johnny opened up his own shop in Chicago to share the cupcake joy, making a point to donate a part of all profits to local schools.
