The dough is proofed for over 24 hours and they only use the best, authentic Italian ingredients. The long proofing time together with cooking at temperatures of 450 degrees Celsius produces a moist, light, soft digestive crust which is aromatic and delicious! Salerno’s menu consists of thirteen pizzas and a selection of side dishes along with Italian wines, cocktails, beers and soft drinks. Don’t forget about their homemade Tiramisu!
