For physical Gift Cards (received in centre or at home):
Scan the QR code on the back of the card with your phone camera — your current balance and expiration date will appear.

Ask at the mall reception: a tablet with scanner is available, and our staff will gladly assist you. You can even combine balances from several cards — just ask!
For digital eGift Cards:
Check your balance directly in the Giftify app,
or by entering your card number (sent by email) on this page.
It depends on the delivery method:
Digital Gift Cards (received by email) are activated automatically upon purchase.
Physical Cards picked up in mall are activated by the Guest Services team — no extra step needed.
Physical Gift Cards (delivered to your home)
Must be activated online before first use via this link or the link received in your activation email. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of the activation date.
