Spring is arriving at Snowflake, and with it comes something a little unexpected…

On 26th March, we are launching our new Snow Cob - a gelato lollie inspired by sweet corn. Yes… corn!

It sounds surprising, but the flavour is naturally sweet, creamy and nostalgic, somewhere between vanilla and popcorn. Once people try it, they get it instantly. It’s quirky, fun, and exactly the type of product that gets people talking.

Alongside Snow Cob, we’re also continuing to build momentum around matcha, which remains one of the fastest-growing flavours we’re seeing across our menu.

For this launch we’re leaning into the playful side of the concept, positioning Snow Cob as the “most unexpected gelato of the season.” The novelty angle has already proven to drive strong engagement with customers who are curious to try something completely different.
