Led by an expert instructor, this beginner-friendly class focuses on posture, flexibility, core strength, and breathing techniques that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.

Feel your body recalibrate and your mind settle as you move, stretch, and breathe. This session reflects The Gloss’ philosophy that true beauty begins with caring for the body as a whole.
