You'll be invited into a comfortable resting position on a mat, allowing the body to settle. Through guided body awareness, breathwork and gentle visualisation, the session encourages your system to move out of stress response and into regulation. Heart rate softens. Breathing deepens. Mental noise begins to clear. This meditation supports your body’s natural ability to restore equilibrium.
