Prime Cut Butchers is a butcher's stocking meat products of the highest quality.
We were the first butcher's in Poland to dry-age beef. We were also the first ones to cut meat the way it is done in different countries. Now we have opened our Prime Cut Butchers shop in Westfield Mokotów.
To acquire the best meat, we travel even up to 1,000 kilometres across Poland and make sure that unique cured meats and meat straight from the farmers can find their way onto your table. You may remember the taste if you spent parts of your childhood in the countryside, and if you had a butcher in the family - Prime Cut will take you back to the land of flavours. If you didn't - well, now is your chance to visit us at Westfield Mokotow and get to know the flavours. We care about quality. We care about details. We match recipes to meat and meat to recipes. We offer zlotnicka pstra pork, mangalitsa pork, lazy chicken, lazy lamb, Angus and Herefords.
Our lamb comes from Warmia, our turkeys from Kaszuby. We source our pork from Bory Tucholskie and poultry from Kujawy. The beef we sell comes from West Pomerania and the east of Poland. We buy from small farms only. Our cured meats come from Kaszuby, Podkarpacie and Mazovia, and we're always looking for new suppliers.
As a bonus offer, we stock Kagoshima and wagyu beef from distant corners of the world like Japan and Chile where meat with specific flavour, texture and structure originates from. We welcome both experienced cooks and beginners - with our meat, every meal will be a success.
