Izumi Sushi Restaurant at Westfield Mokotów

Izumi means 'a spring' in Japanese, something that gives rise to the new. The sign is written with two ideograms that symbolise white water, i.e. frothy water that gurgles vigorously from the spring. We have chosen this name because we want to introduce authentic and really tasty sushi to Poland - the kind that will allow our guests to discover and experience the beauty inherent in the simplicity of Japanese cuisine.
