ING's new look is now open for business. Our pioneering interior design and digitised solutions are the most important features offered by ING Bank Śląski's branch in Westfield Arkadia. How did we get there? ING asked thousands of customers around the world what they wanted their bank to be like. For customers, the most important thing is the quality of service provided, but a comfortable and elegant interior is also increasingly important. These customer responses inspired us to create a new type of branch, also in shopping centres. This new branch type is characterised by a café-like décor, a comfortable and informal space that encouraging conversations about finance and modern banking services. Our Customers are welcome to use the workstations with Internet access, meeting areas and two ING cash withdrawal and deposit machines. Our experts at the branch will be happy to serve both idividual and corporate customers.
