Valentine's Day at iChina
Curated by iChina's talented Michelin-led culinary team, this 8-course Valentine’s Tasting is $138 per person.
The tasting menu begins with Crispy Duck Salad with mixed micro greens, pomelo, pomegranate, pine nuts and salted plum dressing; Steamed Dim Sum with har gow, scallop siu mai and Chinese chive dimpling; and Emperor Abalone (additional $30) as appetizers, Stir-Fried Beef Tenderloin with black pepper, onions and merlot sauce; Spicy Sea Prawns with fresh lily bulbs, curry leave, butter, and red chili; Dry Fried String Beans with dried shrimp and minced pork; and Scallop Truffle Fried Rice as entrees and ending the evening with chef’s selection dessert Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake. In addition to the tasting menu, guests will have the option to add a wine pairing to go along with their delicious meal.
