Store Manager
Hive & Colony is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team at the Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Center. Location: 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050 (While we are listing the location in San Jose, CA, we are located in Santa Clara, CA). The Role: Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. As a Store Manager, you will be an expert on Hive & Colony’s style, design, quality, and service, serving as a trusted adviser for an innovative and modern company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all new and existing clients while supporting the overall operations of the store. Key Responsibilities: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders. Delegate tasks and ensure appropriate follow-up. Hold the team accountable for performance, providing coaching and counseling as needed. Ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service. Manage staffing and scheduling to control labor costs. Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed. Maintain appropriate inventory and ordering systems. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience in the bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-measure menswear retail industry. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers. Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture. Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize. Your profile: HS Diploma required or equivalent experience. 1-2 year of stock experience. Effective time management skills, and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to handle merchandise, place merchandise, ship and receive product. Ability to work with retail operating systems, handle the PC and scanning equipment. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and stock rooms for extended period of time in a fast paced environment.
