Eataly : NOW OPEN

from June 16 to July 31

The world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace is here at Westfield Valley Fair!

Eataly Silicon Valley opens June 16 at Westfield Valley Fair. Eataly was founded in Italy in 2007 and has since expanded to more than 40 locations (and counting!) across the globe. Each Eataly is different, with its own character and theme, but all with the same aim – for our guests to EATSHOP, and LEARN.

Enjoy authentic Italian food at Eataly restaurants, cafés and to-go counters, where our chefs use only the freshest ingredients to create signature, seasonal dishes that celebrate the splendor of regional Italian cuisine. Dine in and experience the beloved classics – like Neapolitan pizza cooked to perfection in our wood-burning ovens, and signature pasta dishes like spaghetti al pomodoro – as well as rustic Italian specialties that highlight seasonal ingredients and fresh flavors.

If you're eating on the go, find street food favorites like the Roman Pizza alla Pala – perfect for a quick bite – pick up a sweet treat like gelato, finish with a classic Italian coffee, and pick up a house-made bread to bring home.

Also coming to Eataly Silicon Valley: TERRA! Located on the third floor, Terra is a rooftop restaurant and lounge inspired by earth and fire, where the main dining centers around a one-of-a-kind, wood-burning grill. At Terra, the chefs cook seasonal raw ingredients over the flames allowing the simple flavors of Northern California’s abundant produce to shine. The resulting earthy dishes pair perfectly with botanical, smoked cocktails and an extensive wine list. Terra perfectly pairs seasonality with Italian tradition to create an authentic, exciting experience every time you dine. Enjoy all of their flame-kissed dishes, regional Italian wines, and craft cocktails when Eataly opens on June 16.

Reservations to dine at Terra are NOW OPEN on Opentable!

After savoring these Italian specialties, discover the same ingredients used by Eataly’s chefs throughout the marketplace. Shop more than 10,000 high-quality products from over 2,000 regional Italian and domestic producers, including sustainable meat and seafood, like sushi-grade fish and pasture-raised meat, as well as the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from more than 350 farmers.

Eataly's marketplace also boasts more than 500 types of salumi & formaggi (cured meats and cheeses) such as prized DOP varieties like Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Prosciutto di Parma DOP, and more than 100 labels of single-estate olive oil – one of the largest collections in North America. Fresh pasta, creamy mozzarella, and wood-fired bread are all made in-house daily by our team of Eatalians – you can even watch them make it right before your eyes!

...And don't forget get the vino. Eataly Silicon Valley will feature more than 1,000 wines hailing from all 20 regions of Italy – cheers to that!

At Eataly, they believe the more you know, the more you enjoy. As you walk through the store, you'll find more than 500 signs that describe the story of each product, from its historical creation to its place in modern Italian cuisine. Special dining experiences, wine festivals, and tastings offer a celebratory experience of high-quality food and drink, while classes, live workshops, virtual cooking lessons, and classes remind us that some of the most meaningful shared experiences take place in the kitchen.

Ti aspettiamo, Silicon Valley – we'll see you at Eataly!
