In July 2021 we, in partnership with One Newham, launched the Newham Community Fund grant scheme to help charities and grassroots organisations that provide services to vulnerable people in the local community.

Grants of up to £500 are available to help purchase an essential piece of equipment that will enable the organisation to deliver more services, improve their governance, or grow the organisation’s social media or digital presence. Successful applicants will receive mentoring support and guidance on the specific fields related to their application, working with experts in those areas from URW.
