Lost Property

Call the Guest Services team or visit the desk on the Lower Ground Floor, next to Starbucks.

We log all items lost in centre and after 28 days they are donated to Westfield's chosen charity.

This service applies to items lost within the mall and not specific stores, who have their own procedure. Please contact the retailer directly if you believe you lost your item within their store.
