You can leave luggage, shopping bags, coats and more in the cloakroom as you shop. Our cloakroom is located on the Lower Ground Floor, next to Costa Coffee.
COSTS
Coats or umbrellas - £3
Luggage and handbags - £5 per item (0-4 hours), £10 per item (4-24 hours)
Weight restriction of up to and including 15kg per bag/item.
Terms and Conditions
- The use of the cloakroom service is subject to availability and on a first-served basis due to limited capacity
- A strict weight limit of 15kg per item is in place. Any single items of cloakroom that exceed the 15kg limit cannot be processed into the cloakroom
- All items entered into the cloakroom are subject to X-Ray scanning for risk management purposes
- Grocery (food and drink) shopping is not permitted within the Cloakroom for Health and Safety Purposes
- All cloakroom items must be collected no later than 8pm Monday to Saturday, and 5pm Sunday
- Any cloakroom items not collected by the pre-arranged time on the cloakroom ticket may be liable to an extra charge. Any extra charge will be in-line with current cloakroom pricing tariffs
- Any cloakroom items not collected at the pre-arranged time on the cloakroom ticket, and Westfield additionally receive no communication from the ticket holders telephone number, will be moved to Lost Property within 7 days and kept for a period of 28 days thereafter, before either donating to charity or being destroyed
- The supervising adult is responsible for all damages, losses, costs, or expenses suffered by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions. This does not limit or affect Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield responsibility to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees
- The management of Westfield Stratford City retains the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel the cloakroom service at its sole discretion
- All personal data submitted to Westfield will at all times be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy https://uk.westfield.com/privacy-policy
- Westfield reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice
- These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts
