The first five-hundred (500) visitors at Badani’s Gelato (“Retailer”) are eligible to redeem the offer of a free scoop of ice-cream in a piccolo cup from 5th December 2023, while stocks last (“Offer”) at  Westfield London shopping centre, Ariel Way, London W12 7SL ( the “Centre”)

To be eligible for this Offer visitors must be a Westfield club (“Westfield Club”) member. 

The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions. Redeeming the Offer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.  

The Offer is only eligible to be redeemed by five hundred (500) Westfield Club members on a first come, first serve basis. 

The Offer can only be redeemed for one ice-cream scoop of any flavour in a piccolo cup.

The Offer may only be redeemed once per Westfield club member. 

To redeem the Offer, visitors shall present the last five digits of your Westfield Club membership number to a member of staff of the Retailer at the Centre. 

The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Westfield Europe Limited (‘Westfield’) takes no responsibility for delivery of the offer by the Retailer. 

Westfield reserves the right to change the Offer and schedule of the Offer without notice or liability at Westfield’s absolute discretion, where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control.  Westfield may amend or remove parts of the Offer if deemed faulty.  These terms set out your rights in this situation.

Westfield reserves the right to (i) change these terms from time to time and (ii) cancel, amend or temporarily suspend the Offer at any time in its absolute discretion without prior notice. 

Whilst Westfield makes every effort to monitor the experience fulfilled by the Retailer, any liability incurred by the visitor or the recipient caused by any Retailer negligence is the responsibility of the Retailer and not the responsibility of Westfield.  Westfield shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third party while undertaking any treatment or activity provided by a Retailer or a relevant supplier. Westfield shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential loss or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses, resulting in third party claims.

Save that any company in the Westfield group of companies, as well as the Centre owners, may benefit from these terms, no person who is not a party to these terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales.  All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By redeeming the Offer, visitors are sharing their personal information with Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
