Lost Property

If you believe you have lost an item within the centre, please log it in our online form. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in, and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.

We log all items lost in centre and after 28 days they are donated to Westfield's chosen charity.

This service applies to items lost within the mall and not specific stores, who have their own procedure. Please contact the retailer directly if you believe you lost your item within their store.
