*The Offer

Westfield Europe Limited, (“Westfield”) is offering a candle and diffuser set (valued at RRP £56) as shown (the “Gift”) to those customers who, during the Offer Period:

1. purchase a Westfield Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) with a value of £100 or more; and

1. purchase the Gift Card from the Guest Services Desk located at Westfield London.

Customers are eligible to receive the Offer between 11th April 2024 and 23th April 2024 (the “Offer Period”).

Customers must collect the Gift at time of purchase.

The Offer is strictly limited and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the Gift and cannot be exchanged. Westfield reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.

Eligibility

By purchasing a Gift Card and accepting the Offer, customers expressly accept these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Offer.

Customers are only eligible to receive the Offer once during the Offer Period. Customers will not be eligible to receive the Offer on further Gift Card purchases during the Offer Period, successive values over £100, or where they have purchased multiple Gift Cards to achieve a value of £100. 

Employees of Westfield and its contractors, their immediate families, households, corporate customers or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to receive the Offer.

Further Terms

Westfield may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to provide the Offer to a participant who, in Westfield’s view, has acted fraudulently or not complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Westfield reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer at its discretion and to extend, modify, postpone or cancel the Offer at any time.

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively. 

Westfield’s decision in relation to the Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Limitation of Liability

The Promoter, its agents and commercial partners exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for (a) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Offer or with the acceptance or possession of any items (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded); (b) the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of the Offer; (c) any loss, damage, non-availability or late receipt of the Offer; and (d) any fees, charges, taxes or other costs which the customers may be required to pay in connection with the Offer.

The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage suffered by the customer or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Offer. The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions for issues of any nature encountered by customers associated with this Offer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

How we use personal data

By  purchasing a Gift Card and accepting the Offer, customers are sending their personal information to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Where customers have consented to receiving marketing materials from sponsors of Offers, customers understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy notice (not Westfield’s) and that it is the sponsor who is responsible for ensuring that the customers’s personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws.  Should customers have any queries or complaints in relation to a sponsor’s treatment of their personal data, the customer should refer that complaint directly to the sponsor.
