It’s been almost 70 years since the last British monarch was crowned, and for those 7 decades, the nation has been waiting with bated breath to see what the successor to the Marmite-esque coronation chicken might be. And with the chosen coronation quiche not garnering rave reviews from anyone with at least one tastebud, we have a veritable feast of coronation-themed dishes for you to enjoy at Westfield London!
BINDAS EATERY
The Strawberries & Cream Falooda is the spiritual successor to coronation chicken, blending vibrant Indian flavours with British cuisine. Made up of layers of butterscotch sweet cream, fresh strawberries, raspberries, sweet vermicelli, basil seeds, vanilla & saffron sponge, vanilla ice cream & crushed pistachios, if you love a trifle or knickerbocker glory this dessert is for you.

A true British icon that you’re going to love – serving strawberries and cream smoothie as a pallet cleanser. There’s no cream in sight though, so you can get your sweet fix the healthy way. It contains no fat milk, strawberries, vanilla yoghurt, sorbet, and ice. Royally belting!

COPPER CHIMNEY
The only way to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III is with the Mango Royale! Inspired by the Indian "Mango Mastani," this drink is a thick mango shake topped with mango ice cream, fresh cut mangoes and nuts. This honorary dessert is curated with freshly sourced mangoes, the king of Indian fruits,
all the way from India symbolizing the long-lasting history of India and Britian's cultural and historical influences on each other.
