Experience a flow style practice dedicated to strengthening and stretching your hips. This workshop was inspired by requests from students like you! So many of us have tight hip flexors, hamstrings, and glutes from our day to day activities. In this workshop we will target these areas in a flow style practice. We will build heat and strengthen before cooling down and moving into long stretches. You will also leave with a short practice sequence for continued work at home. Students should have a minimum of 6 months of yoga experience. Not recommended for those with hip injuries.
