1. 1. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. You may enter the [Mother’s Day Spin Wheel] Sweepstakes by visiting the Westfield Plaza Bonita Mall between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on May 10, 2025 and May 11, 2025 to participate. For a chance to win one of the prizes, spin the prize wheel (the “Prize Wheel”) that is located in the center court of the Westfield Plaza Bonita interior mall in front of JCPenney. Limit one prize per person. A purchase of any commodities or other product will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. Westfield Property Management LLC (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected or incomplete entries or entries not received by the time designated for the end of the Sweepstakes, or for any human or mechanical error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Responsibility for proper postage and handling of entry forms rests solely with the entrant.

ALL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) ON MAY 10, 2025. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes/Contest is open only to individuals, who at the time/date of entry are: (i) aged eighteen (18) years of age or older; and, (ii) legal residents of, and reside and are physically located at the time of registration in the States of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, California, Washington, D.C. or Washington State. Employees, officers and directors of Westfield Property Management LLC (“Sponsor”) and/or any of its affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, suppliers, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes/Contest (collectively with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) , as well as such employee’s, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members, and those living in the same household, are ineligible to enter or participate in this Sweepstakes/Contest or win a prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes/Contest, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and “those living in the same household” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. Additionally, by entering, each Contestant will receive e-mail updates from the Sponsor. If, at any time, Contestant no longer wishes to receive emails from Sponsor, Contestant may elect to opt-out by following the instructions as provided in the email. Void where prohibited by law. Any eligible person that enters this Sweepstakes/Contest in compliance with the terms herein is referred to herein as a “Contestant.”

2.1. Copies of Rules. Copies of these official rules (“Official Rules”) may be obtained: (a) at https://www.westfield.com/en/united-states/plazabonita/mothersdayspinwheelsweepstakes (the “Website”), or (b) in person on May 10 and May 11, 2025 at the Spin Wheel.

3. How to Win – Odds of Winning. Each entrant has the potential to win one of the prizes on the Spin Wheel. The spin wheel will be divided into sections and each of the prizes will be allocated to a separate section. Whichever section the entrant’s spin lands on, corresponds to the prize they will be awarded. If the entrant lands on a “product” section, they will receive that product as a reward. Product rewards are not redeemable for cash and are worth the amount identified below. If the entrant lands on a “discount” section, they will receive a discount at the applicable store. Discount rewards are not redeemable for cash. The winner needs to be present to win. The winner will be notified on or about [May] [10] or [May] [11], [2025], by email and/or phone. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4. Prize. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed, exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash. Subject to limited availability and while supplies last.

5. How to Claim Prize. Each potential winner will receive the prize after spinning the Prize Wheel.

6. Entry Restrictions. Except where prohibited by law, any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and/or use of the prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Contestant. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WINNER (YOU) MUST PAY ANY EXPENSES IN ORDER TO USE THESE PRIZES. Patrons will not replace any lost or stolen (a) prize or (b) merchandise acquired with the prize voucher. Patrons are not responsible for the winner’s use of any prize after it has been delivered to the prize winner. ANY ENTRY REGISTRATION THAT IS ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH, OR ACCESSED THROUGH IRREGULAR CHANNELS OR MEANS SHALL BE VOID. AUTOMATED OR BULK REGISTRATIONS OR ENTRIES SUBMITTED BY THIRD PARTIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. INCOMPLETE, ILLEGIBLE, CORRUPTED, OR UNTIMELY ENTRIES ARE VOID AND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Each entry must be submitted by the Contestant.

7. General Conditions. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these rules at any time. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, all entries are subject to verification. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify winners.

7.1. Errors, Malfunctions, Etc./Fraud/Tampering. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, including public utility outages; omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including, without limitation any injury or damage to Contestant’s or any other person’s computer, cell, or wireline telephone, relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes/Contest; inability to access the Website or any web pages of the Sweepstakes Entities; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines, or the Internet, or any service provider’s facilities, or any website (including the Website) or for any other reason whatsoever, including typographical, printing or other errors, or any combination thereof. The Sweepstakes Entities also are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or miscommunications or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE WEBSITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the Website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes/Contest; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. E-mail entries are not permitted. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

7.2. Official Rules are Final and Binding. By entering this Sweepstakes/Contest, Contestants acknowledge that they have read and understand these Official Rules and agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, eligibility requirements and by the decisions of Sponsor. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE OR ANY OTHER OFFICIAL RULES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes/Contest.

7.3. Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant at any time as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, should such person at any stage of the Sweepstakes/Contest: (a) fail to comply with these Official Rules; (b) supply any untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and information; (c) refuse or fail to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility if requested by Sponsor at any time; (d) use technology to gain an unfair advantage over any other Contestant; (e) engage in unlawful conduct or misconduct, including, without limitation, harming or threatening to harm any other Contestant or Sweepstakes Entities’ personnel, exercising violent behavior, or potential or actual cheating; or (f) purposely impede the work of Sweepstakes Entities and/or the implementation of the Sweepstakes/Contest. The disqualification of a Contestant shall be final and not subject to appeal or review for any reason whatsoever.

7.4. Construction of Official Rules. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Neither Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, nor anyone acting on their behalf will enter into any communications with any Contestant regarding this Sweepstakes/Contest, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The headings of the paragraphs in these Official Rules are for the convenience of reference only, and do not form a part hereof, and in no way define, limit, describe, modify, interpret or construe the meanings of Sponsor, the scope of these Official Rules, or the intent of any paragraph hereof. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic or typographical error in the printing or reproduction of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes/Contest or in the announcement of any the prizes. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

7.5. Termination Provisions. Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes/Contest in the event of a force majeure or other failures or difficulties. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes/Contest is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes/Contest, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, (i) void any suspect entry; (ii) suspend the Sweepstakes/Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes/Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and (iii) award the prize at random, by a drawing, from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or modify this Sweepstakes/Contest at any time without notice or obligation. If such modification or suspension occurs, Sponsor will make a commercially reasonable effort to post notice of such on the Website.

7.6. Arbitration Provision. By participating in this Sweepstakes/Contest, each Contestant agrees that any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, otherwise) that it may have with, or claims it may have against, Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Entities arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with the Sweepstakes/Contest, the awarding or redemption of the prize or merchandise, or the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved exclusively by private, final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (“Forum”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Forum’s Code of Procedure. Further, each Contestant agrees that: (a) This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (b) the arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles County, State of California, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed by the Contestant and Sponsor/Sweepstakes Entities; (c) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable Contestant may have entered into in connection with the Sweepstakes/Contest; (d) the arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (e) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the Contestant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; and (f) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the Contestant, Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities. Moreover, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the Code of Procedure established by the Forum, the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. 7.7. Choice of Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the Sweepstakes/Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law or conflicts of laws principles under California law.

8. Releases; Indemnification and Limitation of Liability. By participating in this Sweepstakes/Contest, each Contestant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, as well as the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their parent companies, partners, stockholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, suppliers, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes/Contest (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines or injuries (up to and including bodily injury and death) of any kind arising out or relating to: (i) Contestants’ participation in the Sweepstakes/Contest (including travel to/from any Sweepstakes/Contest activity); (ii) any acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to Contestant’s or any other person’s equipment or other property, or to their persons, including those arising from any travel to/from any prize event or activity); (iii) the Released Parties’ actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property; and (iv) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes/Contest activity and/or prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contestant agree that the Released Parties have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Sweepstakes/Contest and/or with respect to prizes, including, without limitation, to any prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Contestants agree and that the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor interruption or inability to access the website, application or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to Contestant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes/Contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. Each Contestant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes/Contest and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Released Parties and hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize.

8.1. Release of Claims. Each Contestant acknowledges that there is a possibility that, subsequent to his/her involvement with the Sweepstakes/Contest and adherence to these Official Rules s/he may discover facts or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time agreeing to these Official Rules, and which if known by her/him at that time may have materially affected his/her decision to participate in the Sweepstakes/Contest. Such Contestants acknowledge and agree that by reason of these Official Rules, and the release contained in the preceding subsections, s/he is assuming any risk of such unknown facts and such unknown and unsuspected claims. Such Contestants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and, as such, hereby have been advised of the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

Notwithstanding such provisions, this release shall constitute a full release in accordance with its terms. Such Contestants knowingly and voluntarily waive any statute, law, or rule of similar effect, and acknowledge and agree that this waiver is an essential and material term of this release, and without such waiver s/he would not have been permitted to participate in the Sweepstakes/Contest or compete for or receive a prize. Such Contestants acknowledge and understand the significance and consequence of this release and of this specific waiver of such laws.

8.2. Limitation of Liability. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST, CONTESTANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) (USD), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY CONTESTANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND CONTESTANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) (USD), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

9. Publicity Release. Subject to applicable law, winner(s) irrevocably grant the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes/Contest, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for the awarding of the prize(s) to the winner(s)Subject to applicable law, winner(s) irrevocably grant the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes/Contest, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for the awarding of the prize(s) to the winner(s).

10. Entry Information and Sweepstakes/Contest Communications. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes/Contest, each Contestant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes/Contest and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information Contestant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Contestant in relation to this Sweepstakes/Contest or on a Sweepstakes/Contest winner’s list. By participating in the Sweepstakes/Contest, Contestant consents the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.westfield.com/privacy-notice. In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor’s privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION USED IN THE MANNER DESCRIBE HEREIN, DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST.

11. Further Documentation. If Sponsor shall desire to secure additional assignments, certificates or other documents as Sponsor may reasonably require in order to effectuate the purposes and intents of theses Official Rules and the Sweepstakes/Contest, then each Contestant agrees to promptly sign and deliver to Sponsor the same upon Sponsor’s request therefor.

12. Winner’s Disclosure. To obtain the name of the Sweepstakes/Contest Winner(s) after [May 11], 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked “Winner” by [May 15] 2025, to the following address:

13. Administrator and Sponsor. The administrator and sponsor of this Sweepstakes/Contest is Westfield Property Management LLC, 42nd Floor, 2049 Century Park East, Los Angeles, California 90067. Reference to third-parties in connection with prizes and/or third-party websites or services are for reference and identification purposes only and not intended to suggest endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with Sponsor or the Sweepstakes/Contest.

14. Miscellaneous. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Contestants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes/Contest-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
