Check in is from 10:30AM - 11: 00AM in Garden Social, Level 1, Entrance 3, Near Eddie V's.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EACH CLASS: 

Get Moving Fitness (Ages 21-50)-- This high-energy fitness class is designed for adults ages 21-50 who are looking to improve their overall health and fitness levels in a fun, supportive environment. This session incorporates a variety of exercises, such as circuit training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), bodyweight exercises, and light weightlifting, tailored to suit a range of fitness levels.

Daddy & Son Strength & Conditioning Class (Ages 9+) This unique and engaging class is designed for fathers and sons to bond, get fit, and build strength together. Fathers and sons will work together in partner-based exercises that promote communication, cooperation, and healthy competition.
Get Moving Chair Fitness for Seniors (Ages 51-70) This gentle yet effective fitness class is designed specifically for seniors ages 51-70 who want to stay active and improve their overall health, mobility, and strength—all while seated in a chair. Perfect for those with limited mobility, joint concerns, or anyone looking for a low-impact workout
Endurance Athlete Run Club (Ages 18-50) Participants should be able to run 1.5 miles This class is for runners who are committed to improving their endurance and pushing their limits. Designed for participants ages 18-50 who can already run 1.5 miles, the Endurance Athlete Run Club focuses on building stamina, increasing speed, and preparing individuals for longer distances.
Fitness & Cardio Class (Ages 9-60) This fun and energetic class is designed for families of all ages to get moving, stay fit, and have a great time together! Open to participants ages 9 to 60, the Family Fitness & Cardio Class focuses on cardiovascular exercises that improve heart health, endurance, and overall fitness, all while fostering family bonding and teamwork.
Mommy & Me Fitness Class (Ages 9+) This dynamic and fun fitness class is designed for moms and their children (ages 9 and up) to work out together in a supportive and motivating environment. Whether you're a mom looking to get active, stay fit, or simply enjoy quality time with your child, this class is a perfect opportunity to bond while improving your health and fitness.
