Bill's is a British restaurant group, founded by Bill Collison in 2001, born out of a small greengrocery in Lewes, East Sussex. Today Bill’s vows to keep it colourful and brings you all-day brunch every day of the week with bottomless pancakes between 3-5pm, seasonal specials & set-menu dinners all year round, as well as dog-friendly dining (we even have a dog menu for your furry friends to enjoy). 

Our new place has it all: a restaurant for a proper meal, chill with friends on your lunch break (or pretend to get some work done), and a bar for those much-needed cocktail moments. Whether you’re in for a hearty feast or just grabbing a quick bite, we’ve got the perfect spot for you. We’re excited to join the Westfield Stratford family right here in such a fab, well-loved area.
