Events Operations Manager

We’re excited to be recruiting an Events Operations Manager with great leadership skills to support our Westfield Stratford City site.

With exceptional leadership skills, you'll provide support as part of our Senior Management Team in the day-to-day operational running of the site, whilst also supporting and empowering the team to succeed, creating an environment where fun can thrive.

Day to Day you may be acting as the Duty Manager for the site working with the site director.

Your main role will be ensuring customer service is our priority, managing party and corporate events, and managing the events teams. Creating and developing reasons to visit such as events for seasonal activities.
