Oz awaits! Immerse yourself in a multi-sensory journey into the world of Wicked: For Good exclusively at Westfield London from 13th November 2025 until 4th January 2026. Celebrate the powerful friendship of Glinda & Elphaba by exploring the spectacular sets, behind-the-scenes photography, iconic props, smells and sounds that bring the magic of the movie to life; plus, lots of oz-mazing photo opportunities and shareable moments.
Special sensory sessions are also available on the selected Monday’s.
This highly anticipated experience is likely to book out – register your free ticket today to avoid disappointment. Bookings are essential. Each session runs for 25-minutes, and we recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in and experience.

Yes, for this activity, you will need to book your ticket in advance.
Where are tickets available?
You can book tickets via the Westfield London website. Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield uses a ticketing partner, Omnilab. Platform Terms and Conditions apply.

Are walk-ups accepted?
There is no standby queue for Wicked: For Good – The Experience. Walk-ups may be admitted if there is space at that particular time, but it is not guaranteed and strictly at the discretion of the event organizers. We highly recommend booking in advance.
When does the Wicked: For Good – The Experience run?
Wicked: For Good - The Experience will run from Thursday 13 November – Sunday 4 January, excluding Christmas Day exclusively at Westfield London.

How much is a ticket?
All tickets are free
Can I amend or add people to my existing booking?
No. You must create a new booking.
How do I cancel my session?
On your ticket confirmation there is a ‘CANCEL NOW’ link. Please click this to cancel.
Are there any age restrictions for participating?
There are no age restrictions for this event. All children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian whilst attending the Event.
Please note that the Event contains a 3D sculpture of a monkey. It is not real and does not move but may be scary to younger guests or those who have a phobia of these animals.
Do I need to book for my carer?
Yes. Tickets are free – but we encourage you to please book a free ticket for your carer as well to ensure we can manage numbers inside the experience.

How long does the experience take?
Each session is 25 minutes long
If I have a ticket, what time should I arrive?
For a seamless experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated slot. We can’t extend the amount of time you have in the session.
What if I can’t attend my session?
This ticket is valid only for the date and time listed above. We are unable to accommodate transfers to a different session or attendee. We recommend you cancel your ticket 48 hours before you are due to attend to allow someone else to come, and book in for another session.
This free ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash or any other product or service.
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! We encourage guests to take photos and videos to upload to social media. We just ask you respect the privacy of fellow attendees. When sharing your photos and videos we encourage you to use #WickedWestfield #WickedForGood
Will there be any character appearances?
No. There will not be any Wicked character appearances.
Will there be Wicked merchandise to purchase?
No. There will be no merchandise to purchase at the event – however there are a many retailers located within Westfield who will have Wicked theme products to purchase including:

Is Wicked: For Good – The Experience accessible?
The Event is accessible for wheelchair users. We encourage you to park buggies/pushchairs in the allocated space outside of the event (please ask a member of space on arrival). Unfortunately, mobility scooters are unable to access Wicked: For Good – The Experience. The Event may have items at height which you can sit on to take photos, but the sets can still be explored and enjoyed if you unable to participate in this element.
Will I be able to see any of the costumes from the movie?
Come and see the costumes from Wicked: For Good from Monday 15th December 2025 – Sunday 4th January 2026 which will be on display next to the event space.
Is there loud sounds and lighting effects?
The Event uses subtle sound and lighting effects, and certain areas are scented.
Are there sensory sessions available for Wicked: For Good – The Experience?
Yes. Sensory sessions are available 10am and 10:30am on the following dates:

THE WICKED: FOR GOOD TREE
What is the Wicked: For Good Tree?
Inspired by the enchanted woods of Oz, this mesmerising 12m high tree celebrates the spirit of sisterhood, friendship and festive magic. Snap a photo or catch a magical moment on the hour. You can also leave a message “For Good.” Collect a tag and write down a person, a memory, a place, a phrase or simply a word that has had a positive impact on your life (Friday – Sunday only).
When can I visit the tree?
Thursday 13 November – Sunday 4 January, excluding Christmas Day. The Wicked: For Good Tree will be accessible during Westfield’s regular opening hours.
Do I need to book in advance?
No booking is required to see the Wicked: For Good Tree, this is a free walk-up experience.
Can I take videos and photos?
Yes. You can capture the perfect photo inside its beautifully adorned trunk.
What are messages ‘For Good’?
Visit the tree every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and write down a person, a memory, a place, a phrase or simply a word that has had a positive impact on your life.
Are there any age restrictions for participating?
There are no age restrictions for this activation. Please be considerate when leaving For Good messages and keep them generic or ensure you have permission to identify an individual in a message.
Where is Wicked: For Good Tree located?
The Wicked: For Good Tree can be found in The Atrium of Westfield London, White City.
Is Wicked: For Good – Tree accessible?
The Tree and surrounding activities may have items at height which you can sit on to take photos, but the tree can still be explored and enjoyed if you unable to participate in this element. The Tree uses use subtle sound and lighting effects.

What is the Yellow Brick Road treasure hunt?
Simply login or sign up to Westfield Club and follow the map to collect four tokens at participating retailers to receive a limited-edition “Wicked: For Good” poster. Plus, be

What is the prize?
Collect 4 or more tokens and claim an exclusive film poster (until allocations exhausted). All participants who enter via the App will also automatically be entered into a grand prize draw to win a family holiday valued at £2,500.
Where do I collect my poster from?
Once you have collected your 4 or more tokens, head to guests’ services desk to collect your poster.

How do I participate via the App?
By App (charges may apply): Download the Westfield app, Westfield Shopping, and sign up to Westfield Club. App terms and conditions apply. Internet or broadband connection is required to download the App. If you choose to submit your entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities and the terms and conditions of the App.
What if I don’t want to access this via the App?
You can also participate by collecting a map from Guest Services at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. However, people who participate via this method, won’t be able to enter the grand prize draw.

Do I need to book in advance?
No booking is required to participate in the Wicked: For Good Yellow Brick Road Retail Trail.
Are there any age restrictions for participating?
App terms and conditions apply for digital participation. There is no age restriction for paper participation but advise those under 16 are accompanied by an adult.
Is Wicked: For Good Yellow Brick Road Retail Trail accessible?
Yes. The trail takes place around the Westfield concourse. Lifts and escalators are available to all floors.

Yes. You can participate in the Yellow Brick Road treasure hunt at both Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City.
