Attendee Terms & Conditions

Westfield Days with British Fashion Council at Westfield London and Tolu Coker

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please read the following terms and conditions before attending the event.

Event Organisers

This event is organised by Commerz Investmentgesellschaft mbH and Westfield Europe Limited of 4th Floor, 1 Ariel Way, London W12 7SL (“Westfield” / the "Event Organiser") in collaboration with the British Fashion Council and participating designers.

Event Information

The event will take place from 11 September 2026 to 20 September 2026.

Opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

The event is located in the Front Atrium at Westfield London, near Blank Street.

The event comprises a pop-up retail space and a listening room showcasing content curated around designer, Tolu Coker.

Entry is free and available on a walk-up basis. No general admission ticket is required.

There is no time limit to the event – attendees can browse the retail area for as long as required during opening hours. The listening room will last approximately 20 minutes to watch all content.



Entry and Attendance

Entry is subject to venue capacity and may be restricted, delayed or suspended at busy times.

Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Any workshops, talks or speaker sessions may require separate registration or ticketing. Please check the event website for details.

Attendees attending talks or scheduled sessions are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time.



Retail Purchases

Purchases can be made at the pop-up retail space.

The designer’s refund and exchange policies will apply – please confirm these policies at the point of sale.

Customers are encouraged to inspect and try on products before purchase where facilities are provided.

The event is cashless. Card payments only are accepted.

Receipts may be issued electronically by email or SMS.



Photography, Filming and Media

Attendees may take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use only.

Professional photography, commercial filming, live broadcasting and the use of drones are prohibited without prior written consent from the Event Organiser.

Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. By entering the event area, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, recordings or broadcasts and consent to such use unless they notify event staff at the time of attendance.



Listening Room and Exhibition Content

Content presented within the listening room and exhibition remains the intellectual property of the relevant designer, artist, British Fashion Council, Westfield or other relevant rights holders.

Unless agreed and permitted in advance with Westfield, professional recording, reproducing or commercially exploiting event content captured in the listening rooms is prohibited.



Event Changes and Cancellation

The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend opening hours, activities, exhibits, speakers, workshops, event layouts or schedules at any time.

The Event Organiser may suspend, postpone, relocate or cancel all or part of the event where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, security, public health concerns, strikes, transport disruption, utility failures or similar events which may be beyond its reasonable control.

Entry to specific experiences may be restricted if capacity limits are reached.



Accessibility

The event is designed to be accessible to attendees.

Attendees requiring assistance should speak to event staff upon arrival or contact the Event Organiser in advance where possible.



Health and Wellbeing

Attendees should bring any personal medication they may require during attendance.

In an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel and emergency services.

Anyone feeling unwell should notify a member of staff immediately.



Behaviour and Safety

Attendees must behave responsibly and follow all reasonable instructions given by event staff, security personnel and centre management. The following are not permitted:

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, offensive or disruptive behaviour.

Intoxication or behaviour that causes distress or inconvenience to others.

Weapons, fireworks, explosives, illegal substances, flammable materials or any dangerous items.

Smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes within the event space.

Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards or similar leisure transport devices within the event area.

Any activity that may damage exhibits, products, artwork, fittings or the event structure.



The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person who does not comply with these terms or whose conduct may compromise safety, security or the enjoyment of other attendees.

Security and Personal Belongings

Security checks or bag inspections may be carried out.

Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in refusal of entry.

Attendees remain responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.

Personal property is brought to the event at the attendee's own risk.

The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of attendees except where required by law.



Liability

Attendance at the event is at the attendee's own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Westfield’s negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Westfield shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, disruption or disappointment arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.



Data Protection and Privacy

Any personal data collected in connection with the event will be processed in accordance with Westfield’s Privacy Notice, available at https://www.westfield.com/en-gb/privacy-notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English laws, and English courts will have jurisdiction for any disputes which may arise.
