Terms and Conditions

The Offer

Westfield Europe Limited, (“Westfield”) is offering a free Clarins beauty gift selection containing a minimum of 4 mini Clarin’s products or samples - gift bag contents may vary (product value may vary) (the “Gift”) to those customers who, during the Offer Period:

purchase a Westfield Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) with a value of £30 or more;

purchase the Gift Card from the guest services desk located at Westfield London shopping centre, Ariel Way, London, W12 7FG or the guest services desk located at Westfield Stratford City Montfichet Road, Olympic Park E20 1EJ; and

(the “Offer”).

Customers are eligible to receive the Offer between 13.07.26 and 19.07.26 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

Customers must collect the Gift from the Clarins counter located within the John Lewis store at Westfield London or Westfield Stratford City shopping centre on the same day they purchase the Gift Card. Customers must present and surrender their Gift Card purchase receipt to a member of staff at the Clarins counter located within the John Lewis store at Westfield London or Westfield Stratford City shopping centre.

Offer is not available for online purchases.

The Offer is strictly limited to the Offer Period and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the Gift and it cannot be exchanged. Westfield reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.

Eligibility

By purchasing a Gift Card and accepting the Offer, customers expressly accept these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Offer.

Customers are only eligible to receive the Offer once during the Offer Period. Customers will not be eligible to receive the Offer on further Gift Card purchases during the Offer Period, successive values over £30, or where they have purchased multiple Gift Cards to achieve a value of £30.

Employees, agents, contractors, consultants, former employees, former agents, former contractors, former consultants of Westfield, its associated companies or group companies, their immediate families, dependents, households or other persons assisting or connected with the Offer and corporate customers are not eligible to receive the Offer.

Further Terms

Westfield may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to provide the Offer to a participant who, in Westfield’s view, has acted fraudulently or not complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Westfield reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer at its discretion and to extend, modify, postpone or cancel the Offer at any time.

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Westfield’s decision in relation to the Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Limitation of Liability

Westfield, its agents and commercial partners exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for (a) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Offer or with the acceptance or possession of any items (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded); (b) the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of the Offer; (c) any loss, damage, non-availability or late receipt of the Offer; and (d) any fees, charges, taxes or other costs which the customers may be required to pay in connection with the Offer.

Westfield further disclaims liability for any injury or damage suffered by the customer or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Offer. Westfield will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Westfield is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions for issues of any nature encountered by customers associated with this Offer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

How we use personal data

By purchasing a Gift Card and accepting the Offer, customers are sending their personal information to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Further information on how personal data is used, and data protection rights are explained in Westfield’s Privacy Notice, available at https://uk.westfield.com/privacy. Where customers have consented to receiving marketing materials from retailers or sponsors associated with the Offers, customers understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the retailer or sponsor’s privacy notice (not Westfield’s) and that it is the retailer or sponsor who is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should customers have any queries or complaints in relation to a retailer or sponsor’s treatment of their personal data, the customer should refer that complaint directly to the retailer or sponsor.
