Westfield Good Festival 2025 - SOJO Terms & Conditions

1 ABOUT SOJO
1.1 SOJO is the B-Corp certified London-based fashion-tech platform, founded by Josephine Philips, revolutionising the clothing repair and tailoring industry. Having launched its first B2B partnership with GANNI in 2021, SOJO now partners with fashion brands and retailers including Marks & Spencer, Selfridges, Paul Smith, ARKET, REISS and more to deliver a seamless and convenient repair and alterations service to their customers. SOJO provides an integrated and scalable solution for fashion brands to offer repairs and alterations both in-store and online to help brands achieve their business goals and increase circularity.

2 Terms & Conditions
2.1 The first 30 people every day will receive their repair or alteration free.
2.2 To access the free service the slot must be booked via the Westfield Good Festival event page during the promotional period only.
2.3 The value of the SOJO’s services is up to £40 – this is not redeemable for cash, or any other services, and is only available towards the service you book.
2.4 SOJO will aim to complete your service at the Good Festival in Westfield London or Westfield Stratford
2.5 Participants must arrive for their booked slot between the designated time. Failure to arrive within their scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of the free service.
2.6 The free service is limited to standard repairs and alterations. SOJO reserves the right to exclude certain types of services or materials at its discretion.
2.7 SOJO reserves the right to refuse service for items deemed unsuitable for repair or alteration due to condition or other reasons.
2.8 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOJO shall not be liable for any loss or damage to items during the repair or alteration process.
2.9 You will be notified that your item is ready to collect, or your completed item will be delivered directly to your door - there may be an additional charge for this service.
2.10 Free alterations are limited to x1 item per person per booking.
2.11 SOJO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
2.12 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 5.3 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and SOJO with respect to this promotion.
