TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The Promotion 

Westfield Club Members are eligible to receive an exclusive offer of fifty percent (50%) off Kiddy Car hire from 16 June 2025 to 03 August 2025 inclusive (“Promotion Period”) (“Offer”). 

The Promoter is Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”), with its registered office at 1 Ariel Way, London, W12 7SL. 

By accepting the Offer, customers expressly accept these Terms and Conditions 

 

The Offer  

 

The Offer is available to Westfield Club members for the period or date advertised, subject to availability. 

To redeem the Offer, Westfield Club Members must: 

· Log in or sign up to a Westfield club account using your username and password; and 

· Visit Guest Services and show the last 5 digits of their Westfield Club membership via the Westfield App. 

The Offer is valid for once per day per Westfield Club Member. 

The Offer excludes Kiddy Car vending machines 

The Offer is subject to additional terms and conditions of the Participating Retailer. See the Participating Retailer for full terms and conditions of the Offer. 

The Offer must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable and subject to availability. 

The Offer is not open to employees, agents, contractors, consultants, former employees, former agents, former contractors, former consultants of Westfield, its associated companies or group companies, their immediate families, dependents, households or other persons assisting or connected with the Offer and corporate customers are not eligible to receive the Offer. 

Further Terms  

 As the person who is hiring on behalf of a child under my care (“User”) at the centre, I fully understand and accept the following terms and conditions as set out below: 

  1. Hire of kiddy cars is subject to availability and hired on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. 

  2. Only one User should be in and use the kiddy car at all times (unless a double seater). 

  3. Users must be securely retained using the belts provided. 

  4. Users must be over 12 months old, able to sit-up and be measured against the height guide. Only Users who meet these requirements are permitted to ride in the kiddy car. 

  5. Height restrictions apply, maximum height is 120cm (the child must be measured by Guest Services at the centre before a kiddy car can be hired). 

  6. The kiddy car must be operated properly and safely at all times. 

  7. The supervising adult must ensure that attention is taken to avoid contact with other kiddy cars, objects, and/or people at all times.  

  8. Users must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst in the kiddy car. 

  9. Kiddy cars may be used within the centre only. Kiddy cars cannot be used on any escalators, stairs and/or in the car parks. 

  10. Kiddy cars must be returned in good order to Guest Services no later than 1 hour before the Guest Services desk closes. This is 8:00pm on Monday to Saturday and 5:00pm on Sunday. Good order means that the kiddy car is clean of food, waste and/or rubbish.  

  11. The supervising adult is responsible for all costs, losses, and/or liabilities incurred as a result of any injury and/or damage to the User and/or themselves and/or property damaged whilst the kiddy car is in their possession (including if the kiddy car is stolen). 

  12. The supervising adult is responsible for any and all damages, losses, costs, or expenses suffered by Westfield as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions. This does not limit or affect Westfield’s responsibility to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees. 

  13. The management of the centre retains the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel the hire of a kiddy car at its sole discretion. 

  14. Any unattended property is left at the supervising adults’ risk and neither the centre nor Westfield nor the centre’s owner assumes liability for any theft, loss or damage to unattended property. 

  15. All personal data submitted to Westfield at all times be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy https://www.westfield.com/united-kingdom/privacy. 

  16. Westfield reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice. 

  17. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
