Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”), is running a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for the opportunity to win a holiday to Ibiza which includes:

Prize package for 2 people includes:

Return flights from major UK airports to Ibiza, including 1 item of checked baggage per person

Return airport transfers in Ibiza

7 nights’ luxury spa hotel accommodation (4* minimum) in Ibiza, based on sharing a double/twin room

Daily breakfast

Spa access throughout stay including pools and saunas

1 x treatment per person, from a choice of massages and facials

1-hour beach yoga session in San Antonio

Terms & Conditions:

Both travellers must be aged 18 or over on the date of travel.

Flights will be return economy class from a major UK airport to Ibiza and include 1 standard checked baggage item per passenger; airline, flight times, and routing will be at the discretion of the prize provider. Travel to and from the UK departure airport is not included.

Accommodation will be for 7 consecutive nights in a spa hotel rated at least 4 stars in Ibiza, based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room; daily breakfast is included; a valid credit or debit card may be required upon check-in to cover incidentals and security deposit.

Spa access during the stay is included; facilities such as pools and saunas are subject to hotel policies and availability.

Each guest will receive one spa treatment chosen from a selection of massages or facials available at the hotel spa; treatments are subject to availability.

1-hour beach yoga session will take place in San Antonio; schedule and location subject to weather conditions and availability.

£500 (total) spending money for the pair will be provided as a bank transfer or pre-paid card at the discretion of the prize provider; winners will need to provide valid bank account details or comply with any ID verification process required. The allowance is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and no alternative will be offered if unused.

Prize does not include travel insurance, meals or drinks other than those stated, additional spa treatments, excursions, gratuities, personal expenses, or any other costs not detailed above.

The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of winner notification; blackout dates apply, including but not limited to Easter, UK and Spanish public holidays, and Christmas/New Year (20 December – 2 January).

All elements of the prize are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking and to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and relevant suppliers.

Once confirmed, bookings cannot be amended, refunded or transferred; there is no cash alternative.

It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure they hold valid passports (minimum 6 months’ validity beyond the return date) and meet any visa, health, or entry requirements for Spain at their own expense.

All travellers must comply with any health, safety, and government travel regulations in effect at the time of travel.

The prize provider reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Prize Draw opens on 31 July 2026 and closes at 11.55pm on 16 August 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).

Governing terms

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Westfield Europe Limited, with its registered office at 1 Ariel Way, London, W12 7SL.

By entering any competition, prize draw or giveaway advertised by Westfield which requires entrants to visit a Westfield website (“Website”) or Westfield app (“App”) to enter or provide information, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Prize Draw terms.

The Prize Draw is only open to persons with a valid Westfield club account.

All Prize Draws are open to United Kingdom residents only, aged 16 years or older and are not open to any employees, agents, contractors, consultants, former employees, former agents, former contractors, former consultants of Westfield, their immediate families, dependents or to other persons assisting or connected with the Prize Draw, nor any corporate customers.

Entrants must follow the instructions or satisfy any entry criteria stated on the Website to enter the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is only open during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible.

Westfield is not responsible or liable for entries not received for whatever reason, whether lost, delayed, misdirected, or due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind which results in delay or failure to enter you into the Prize Draw.

Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible will be void.

Entrants may only enter the Prize Draw once. Entries over the maximum number of entries stated will be void and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

The winner will be drawn at random unless specified otherwise on the Website.

Westfield shall notify the winner by email no later than 19 August 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within seven working days, Westfield reserves the right to redraw a new winner without liability to any person.

Accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Activities are subject to availability.

The Prize Draw winner will be contacted by Westfield and Element to make arrangements.

Entrants are not required to pay any costs to claim the Prize.

The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Westfield takes no responsibility for entries or Prizes that are lost or destroyed.

Accepting the Prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to any terms and conditions that may apply to redeem that Prize, including any Prize terms and conditions, or additional terms of featured or participating retailers.

Accepting the Prize constitutes a winner’s consent to (i) have their surname and county released and (ii) be photographed and/or interviewed by Westfield and for Westfield to use his or her name, competition entry and/or photographs and interviews for the Prize Draw or publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on the Westfield websites, direct and social media channels.

The decisions of Westfield on all matters relating to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Westfield reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms of the Prize Draw.

Westfield reserves the right to amend or substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to amend these terms.

Westfield may, in its absolute discretion, terminate, amend or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Westfield excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly, or indirectly out of or in connection with this Prize Draw.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.

By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant releases any featured or participating retailers from any action, injury, damage or claim arising out of the winner’s use of the Prize or in relation to the Prize Draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw must be directed to Westfield.

How we use personal data

By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Where specified the Prize Draw is in collaboration with a participating retailer and customers have consented to receiving marketing materials from participating retailers, customers understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the participating retailer’s privacy notice (not Westfield’s) and that it is the participating retailer who is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should customers have any queries or complaints in relation to a participating retailer’s treatment of their personal data, the customer should refer that complaint directly to the participating retailer.
