Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”), is running a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for the opportunity to win a holiday to New York which includes:

Prize package for 2 people includes:

Return flights from major UK airports to New York

Return private airport transfers in New York

3 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in New York based on sharing a double occupancy room with breakfast

1.5 hour boat cruise, including a selection of cheeses and wine

Three-course dinner and drinks at a restaurant in Manhattan, provided to the maximum value of £100 per person including gratuity

£500 spending money (winner only)

Prize Terms & Conditions:

The prize package is for two (2) people; At least one guest must be over the age of 21;

Economy flights from major UK airports only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties); Flights may not be direct and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider in its sole discretion; Excludes checked luggage, preselected seats and any additional extras;

Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room in New York; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;

A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;

The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;

All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion;

All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account. The recipient of the funds must be aged 18 years or older;

Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances;

The prize excludes travel from 20 December - 2 January (Christmas and New Year, over UK or US public holidays, and over Easter Sunday;

The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame;

Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. Note that the prize provider will ask the winner for their preferred date of travel and then make the arrangements on their behalf. Comprehensive travel documents will be provided to the winner (including any booking confirmation documents and references required to take up the booking);

Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;

All travellers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;

If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;

If applicable, the prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest;

The Prize Draw opens on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11.55pm on 4 January 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).

To enter the Prize Draw entrants must:

You will then automatically be entered into the prize draw when you submit your entry.

The winner will be contacted by Westfield and Element to arrange and book the trip by email no later than the date stated below.

Governing terms

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Westfield Europe Limited, with its registered office at 1 Ariel Way, London, W12 7SL.

By entering any competition, prize draw or giveaway advertised by Westfield which requires entrants to visit a Westfield website (“Website”) or Westfield app (“App”) to enter or provide information, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Prize Draw terms.

The Prize Draw is only open to persons with a valid Westfield club account.

All Prize Draws are open to United Kingdom residents only, aged 18 years or older and are not open to any employees, agents, contractors, consultants, former employees, former agents, former contractors, former consultants of Westfield, their immediate families, dependents or to other persons assisting or connected with the Prize Draw, nor any corporate customers.

Entrants must follow the instructions or satisfy any entry criteria stated on the Website to enter the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is only open during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible.

Westfield is not responsible or liable for entries not received for whatever reason, whether lost, delayed, misdirected, or due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind which results in delay or failure to enter you into the Prize Draw.

Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible will be void.

Note that there are two New York Holiday prizes to be won – one in each Westfield centre, However, entrants may only enter the Prize Draw once and cannot enter into each centre’s prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries stated will be void and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

The winner will be drawn at random unless specified otherwise on the Website.

Westfield shall notify the winner by email no later than 9 January 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within seven working days, Westfield reserves the right to redraw a new winner without liability to any person.

To find out who won the prize, please contact marketing@urw.com. The Promoter will only provide the (1) surname and (2) county of the winner.

The winner will need to state any accessibility and dietary requirements to the prize provider. Activities are subject to availability.

The Prize Draw winner will be contacted by Westfield and Element to make the holiday arrangements and bookings.

Entrants are not required to pay any costs to claim the Prize.

The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Westfield takes no responsibility for entries that are lost or destroyed.

Accepting the Prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to any terms and conditions that may apply to redeem that Prize, including any Prize terms and conditions, or additional terms of featured or participating retailers or prize providers.

Accepting the Prize constitutes a winner’s consent to (i) have their surname and county released and (ii) be photographed and/or interviewed by Westfield and for Westfield to use his or her name, competition entry and/or photographs and interviews for the Prize Draw or publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on the Westfield websites, direct and social media channels.

The decisions of Westfield on all matters relating to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Westfield reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms of the Prize Draw.

Westfield reserves the right to amend or substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to amend these terms.

Westfield may, in its absolute discretion, terminate, amend or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Westfield excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly, or indirectly out of or in connection with this Prize Draw.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.

By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant releases any featured prize provider from any action, injury, damage or claim arising out of the winner’s use of the Prize or in relation to the Prize Draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw must be directed to Westfield.

How we use personal data

By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Where specified the Prize Draw is in collaboration with a prize provider and if customers have consented to receiving marketing materials from prize providers, customers understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the prize provider’s privacy notice (not Westfield’s) and that it is the prize provider who is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should customers have any queries or complaints in relation to the prize provider’s treatment of their personal data, the customer should refer that complaint directly to the prize provider.
