Are walk-ups accepted?
Walk-ups are accepted, only if there is availability at the time, there will not be a dedicated queue for walk-ups. Please note that if you don’t hold a ticket, we cannot guarantee you will be let in to the experience as ticketholders will take priority. We highly recommend booking a free ticket in advance.
When does the Toy Story 5: Bonnie’s Playtime The Experience run?
Wednesday 29 July to Sunday 9 August 2026 at Westfield London.
Friday 21st to Monday 31st August 2026 at Westfield Stratford City.
Timing: Mon - Sat |12pm-8pm & Sun | 12pm-6pm

How much is a ticket?
All tickets are free.
If you can no longer make the event, please remember to cancel your booking so others can attend.
Do I need to book for my carer?
Yes. Tickets are free – but we encourage you to please book a free ticket for your carer as well to ensure we can manage numbers inside the experience.
Is there a maximum number per group booking?
6 people maximum per booking at Toy Story 5: Bonnie’s Playtime The Experience for general admission, and 4 people maximum per booking for sensory sessions.
How long does the experience take?
This is a timed event with guests having approximately 30 minutes to explore the experience. Please note, it may not be possible to interact with every activity within the event during this time.
Can I amend or add people to my existing booking?
No. You must create a new booking.
Are there any age recommendations for participating?
The experience has been designed for children aged 4 years and over, and some activities are recommended for this age group only. Younger children are welcome to attend with their family; however, certain activities may require parental assistance or may not be suitable for younger participants.

Age guidance is to help guests plan their visit and enjoy the experience safely. All children under the age of 18 must be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian whilst attending the event.
Will there be anything for children under 4 years old to participate in?
Yes, there will be colouring sheets available in the arts and crafts acidity at the Disney Store Pop Up.
Where is Toy Story 5 – Bonnie’s Playtime located?
The Atrium, at Westfield London (Shepherd’s Bush) from 29th July to 9th August.
The Arena, at Westfield Stratford City from 21st to 31st August.
If I have a ticket, what time should I arrive?
For a seamless experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated slot. We can’t extend the amount of time you have in the session.
What if I can’t attend my session?
This ticket is valid only for the date and time listed above. We are unable to accommodate transfers to a different session or attendee. We recommend you cancel your ticket 48 hours before you are due to attend to allow someone else to come, and book in for another session. This free ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash or any other product or service.
How do I cancel my session?
You can cancel your ticket via your confirmation email or your Eventbrite account
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! We encourage guests to take photos and videos to upload to social media. We just ask you respect the privacy of fellow attendees. When sharing your photos and videos we encourage you to use #ToyStory5Westfield #ToyStory5Experience
Will there be any character appearances?
No. There will not be any Toy Story 5 character appearances.
Will there be Toy Story 5 merchandise to purchase?
Not directly within the experience however most product displayed will be shown with QR codes linking direct to be able to buy the product from the online shop/retailer. There are also many retailers located within Westfield who will have Toy Story 5 themed products to purchase.
Is Toy Story 5: Bonnie’s Playtime accessible?
The Event is accessible for wheelchair users.
We encourage you to park buggies/pushchairs in the allocated space outside of the event (please ask a member of space on arrival).
Unfortunately, mobility scooters are unable to access Toy Story 5: Bonnie’s Playtime The Experience.
The Event may have items at height which you can sit on to take photos, but the sets can still be explored and enjoyed if you unable to participate in this element.
For accessibility, the Dance Hall utilises a hand control for the dance machine.
Is there loud sounds and lighting effects?
The event has some areas that feature subtle flashing lights. These may affect guests who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitive conditions. Guests’ discretion is advised.
Are there sensory sessions available for Toy Story 5: Bonnie’s Playtime The Experience?
Yes. Sensory sessions are available between 11am and 12:00pm on the following dates. Sessions are 30 minutes in duration, and age restrictions still apply.
